Ralph L. Mims, MCP, President, The R. Mims World Group
Ralph L. Mims has over 30 years of planning, community and economic development experience. His family, which is from the Caribbean (Antigua and Barbuda), is seeking his experience to promote the emerging tourism and economic development sector in the Caribbean region. Mims has worked as a city planner and housing administrator in New York City and Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is currently the Economic Development Manager for the Village of Los Lunas in the State of New Mexico, USA, where he is involved in several large economic development projects. Mims holds a Masters degree in City Planning from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
